WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 15 Squats, 20 Sit-ups, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Workout: Happy Pi Day

Buy-In: 1 Minutes MAX rep Burpees

then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes:

12 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts        

9 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean

6 Dumbbell Thrusters

200 Yard Sprint

then…

Cash-out: 5-100 yard sprints (rest 60 seconds between each)

Post your burpee reps, rounds for the middle, and total time for cash-out to comments.
