TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

4 Rounds (14 minute cap)

8 L/ 8 R One Arm Kettlebell Push Press

8L/ 8 R Weighted Cossack Squat

8L/ 8 R Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

8L/ 8R Plank Drags

Then, complete three rounds of the following:

35 seconds of Jingle Jangles

25 seconds rest

35 seconds Mountain Hoppers

25 seconds rest

35 seconds Sit Throughs

25 seconds rest
