FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

4 Rounds of the following:

40 seconds Lateral Lunge

20 seconds rest

40 seconds Jingle Jangles

20 seconds rest

40 seconds Sit Throughs

20 seconds rest

40 seconds Squats

60 seconds rest

FRIDAY FLAB AWAY

Three rounds of the following:

30 Mountain Hoppers

12 V-ups
