THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Morningsand 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes:

40 Meter Suitcase Carry

8L/8R Kettlebell Split Squat

20 Plank with Shoulder Taps

16 Kettlebell Figure Eight w/Hold

Then, complete the following:

21 Squat Thrusts

21 Situps

15 Squat Thrusts

15 Situps

9 Squat Thrusts

 9 Situps
