TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of the following:

15 Kettlebell Swings

10Goblet Squats

5/5 Lawnmower Row

Pushups

Sprint 100 Meters
