MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete:

5 left and 5 right Reverse Lunge Steps

7 Burpees

Then, every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete:

10 Jumping Squats

10 Total Body Extensions
