SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s)

12 Turkish Getups (alternating sides, 6 left, 6 right)

Then, every 30 seconds for five minutes, complete 10 Kettlebell Swings
