FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Complete the following.  Time cap is 16 minutes.

Run 200 meters

50 Jumping Jacks

40 Squats

30 Mountain Hoppers

20 Box Step-Ups

10 Squat Thrusts

Run 200 meters

10 Squat Thrusts

20 Box Step-Ups

30 Mountain Hoppers

40 Squats

50 Jumping Jacks

Run 200 meters

Record your time.

Complete 3 minutes of the following

10 Plank Jacks
