THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible of the following in 20 minutes:

8/8 Kettlebell Split Squat

8 Pushups

8/8 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

8/8 Lawnmower Row

30 meters  Suitcase Carry  (per arm)

Record the number of rounds completed.
