Workout #59 of 365(2018)

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

21  Kettlebell Swings

12 Split Jumps

9 Donkey Kicks       

***Rest 2 minutes, then do #2.

#2: Complete 3 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Sprint, 15 seconds Rest

30 seconds Speed Skaters

30 seconds Mountain Climbers

30 seconds, Broad Jumps, 15 seconds Rest

Record your weight used and rounds completed in Part #1.
