Workout #58 of 365 (2018)

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s), Jump Rope

#1: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

Minute 1: 5/5 Press

Minute 2: 40 seconds Jump Rope Skips

#2: In 12 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of

10/10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

5 Goblet Squats

5/5 Reverse Lunge Steps  (hold bell in same position as Goblet Squat)

5/5 Sit Throughs

Record your weight used for each part and rounds completed in #2.
