MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:   None.

#1: Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete the following

5 Pushups

9 V-ups

***Rest 2 minutes, then do #2***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes

Sprint 100 Yards

16 Jumping Jacks

8 Jumping Lunge Steps  (4/leg)

4 Star Jumps

Record your rounds in part 2.
