FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

Complete the following as quickly as possible (20 minute time cap):

50 Kettlebell Swings           

35 Burpees

Run 0.4 Miles

40 Kettlebell Swings           

25 Burpees

Run 0.4 Miles

30 Kettlebell Swings           

15 Burpees

Run 0.4 Miles
