WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 20 Jumping Jacks, and a 1-minute plank hold.

Workout:  “4 x 3”

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes:

8 Dips

6 Jumping Squats      

after 4 minutes has elapsed immediately Jump Rope for 1 minute.

REST 1 minute before doing #2.

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes:

8 Pushups

6 Dumbbell Thrusters

after 4 minutes has elapsed immediately Jump Rope for 1 minute.

REST 1 minute before doing #3.

#3: Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes:

8 Squats

6 Burpees

after 4 minutes has elapsed immediately Jump Rope for 1 minute.
