WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells(s)

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

8 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift

8  Dumbbell Bent Over Row

Dumbbell Push Press

8 Dumbbell Front Squat

Sprint 100 yards

***Rest 2 minutes before #2**

#2: Complete 2 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Side Plank with Hip Dip  (left), 15 seconds Rest

30 seconds Side Plank with Hip Dip  (left), 15 seconds Rest

30 seconds Plank Drags  (use 1 DB), 15 seconds Rest

30 seconds Dead Bugs, 15 seconds Rest

Record your weight for part 1 and rounds for part 2.
