MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

30 Jumping Jacks

20 Scissors (20/leg)

10-Yard Crawl

10 Jumping Squats

20 T-Plank Rotations  (10/side)

30 Split Jumps  (15/leg)
