Sunday...the day of post workout Rest...

Workout #49 of 365  (2018)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

Complete 10 Rounds of the following

10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings  (strong)

2 Single Arm Kettlebell Front Squats  (strong)

1 Turkish Getup  (strong)

***alternate arms each round, so you’ll do 5 rounds (strong) and 5 rounds (stronger)***

Record the weight of your kettlebell.
