SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10  Spiderman Lunge w/Chest/T-Spine Opener

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing Device, Erg/Ski Erg/Bike.

Complete one of the following

A: Running Endurance

6 x 600 meters, Rest 3 minutes between efforts

B: Rowing (Erg) Endurance

6 x 800 meters, Rest 3 minutes between efforts

C: Ski Erg Endurance

6 x 600 meters, Rest 3 minutes between efforts

D: Bike / Airdyne Endurance

6 x 60 Calories, Rest 3 minutes between efforts
