Pretty sure if she had a third hand, Meggo would be holding up one finger on that third hand to let Coach Sam know how happy she was to be carrying 75% of her bodyweight! Strong women are awesome!

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells.

#1: Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 12 minutes

200-Yard Run

10 Dumbbell Floor Press w/ Glute Bridge

5 Dumbbell Front Squat

5 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

10  Dumbbell Reverse Lunge (5/5)

After 12 minutes, REST 2 minutes, then…

#2: Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 4 minutes

50-Yard Sprint

5 Jumping Squats

Complete 2 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Leg Drops, 15 seconds REST
