Workout #45 of 365 (2018)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Resistance Band, Kettlebell, Partner (no partner, no problem...attach band to a pole)

With a partner celebrate VD and Complete 4 rounds of the following

30 seconds Kettlebell Swings  (Partner 1) / Plank  (Partner 2)

30 seconds Plank  (Partner 1) / Kettlebell Swings  (Partner 2)

60 seconds Partner Pallof Press (30 seconds / side)

30 seconds Partner Lateral Band Rotations (each side, each partner, so this will take 2 minutes)

60 seconds “You go, I go” 10-yard Shuttle Run

30 seconds REST

Record the weight of your kettlebell.
