MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 18 minutes

5 V-ups, Sprint 50 yards

10 Jumping Squats, Sprint 50 yards

15 Speed Skaters (after all…it is the Olympics!), Sprint 50 yards

20 Total Body Extensions, Sprint 50 yards
