Workout #39 of 365 (2018)   

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Morningsand 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

Complete the following

#1:  Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes

10 HEAVY Kettlebell Swings

**Rest 1 minute**

#2:  Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes

Sprint 100 Yards

4 Goblet Squats

**Rest 2 minutes**

#3:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

12 Plank Jacks

Sit Throughs (4/4)

4 Burpees      

DONE!

Record your weight used for swings and squats and rounds completed for Part #3.
