It's time to train! 

Workout #38 of 365 (2018)   


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.


Complete 4 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Dumbbell Plank Rows

30 seconds Dumbbell Split Squats(left leg forward)

30 seconds Dumbbell Split Squats(right leg forward)

30 seconds Dumbbell Shoulder Press

30 seconds Dumbbell Front Squat

30 seconds REST

then...(at the conclusion of round 4)

Run 0.5 miles as quickly as possible.

Record any modifications you used to complete this workout and the weight of the Dumbbells used.
