Workout #36 of 365(2018)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.


#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

20 Box Jumps or Box Step-Ups

15 Seal Jacks (add a mini band for some extra spice!)

10 Reverse Lunge Steps (5/leg)

5 Plank with Shoulder Taps (per arm)

***Rest 2 minutes, then…***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes

40-Yard Sprint (20 yards out and back)

10 Suitcase Crunches

Record your rounds completed in Part #1 and Part #2.
