SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s)

#1: 10 minute of Turkish Getup Practice

#2: EMOM 18 minutes

Minute 1: 12 One Arm Kettlebell Swings  (strong)

Minute 2: 12 One Arm Kettlebell Swings   (stronger)

Minute 3: 30 seconds Slow Crawl

Record the weight of the Kettlebell.
