FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell(s)

#1:  EMOM 5 minutes (every minute on the minute)

10/10 Kettlebell Swings

#2:  E90S for 6 minutes (every 90 seconds)

5/5 Kettlebell Clean and Press

#3: E2M for 6 minutes (every 2 minutes)

5/5 Single Arm Kettlebell Bent Over Row

5/5 One Arm Kettlebell Rack Position Lungestep

5 Goblet Squats

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY

Complete as many Situps as possible in 2 minutes.
