Workout #32 of 365(2018)

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

Buy-In: 3 minutes to cover as much ground as possible. (Run, Skip, Crawl, Backflip, etc.)

Then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

16 Kettlebell Swings

8 (4/4) T-Plank Rotations

4 Star Jumps

Then…

Cash-Out: 3 minutes to cover as much ground as possible. (Run, Skip, Crawl, Backflip, etc.)

Record your rounds and time for each run.
