MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope

#1:  Complete 4 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Jump Rope Skips

30 seconds  Total Body Extensions

30 seconds  Split Jumps

30 seconds  Lateral Lunge

30 seconds Jump Rope Skips

30 seconds REST

#2:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

5 Burpees      

20 Jumping Jacks
