Workout #28 of 365 (2018)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching

followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell(s).

20 minutes of work (not an AMRAP. Work well and go through this sequence with good form, resting as needed)

10/10 One Arm Kettlebell Swings

5 Goblet Squats

1/1 Turkish Getups

Record the weight of your bell.
