Workout #26 of 365 (2018)

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 15 minutes

10 Dumbbell Plank Rows(per arm)

10 Dumbbell Push Press

10 Dumbbell Front Squat

Run 350 yards (one lap at Barrett Park)

FRIDAY FlAB AWAY!

Complete the following sequence

25-15-5 reps of

Mountain Hoppers  (per leg)

Suitcase Crunches

Record your rounds for #1.
