Workout #23 of 365 (2018)

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).


#1:  Complete 12 minutes of work, focusing on quality, not quantity.

16 Hand-to-Hand Kettlebell Swings

12 Kettlebell Clean and Press  (6/side)

Kettlebell Split Squat  (4/side)

Single Arm Kettlebell Bent Over Row  (2 per side)

***REST 2 minutes then…

#2:  Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 6 minutes

6 Twenty-yard Shuttle Run (each length counts as 1 rep)

12 Suitcase Crunches

Record your weight used for #1 and your rounds for #2.
