MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Mini Resistance Band / Hip Circle

Complete 5 Rounds of the following (17 min CAP)

20 Glute Bridge w/Resistance Band

10L/10R Lateral Band Walk

20 Speed Skaters

10/10 Reverse Lunge Steps

Run 200 Yards
