SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s).

#1  Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes

1 Turkish Getup

*Odd Minutes = Strong Side

*Even Minutes = Stronger Side

#2: Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes

2 Press

8 One Arm Kettlebell Swings

*Odd Minutes = Strong Side

*Even Minutes = Stronger Side
