FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

10 Dumbbell Thrusters

10 Pushups on Dumbbells

10 Dumbbell Plank Rows (5/5)

Run 300 yards

Record your rounds for the workout.

20 Spiderman Plank  (10/10)

10 Side Plank with Hip Dip (5/5)
