01/16/2018: Kettlebell Workout!

The Tactical Strength Challenge is coming up and Smugs Fitness is proud to be again be a host facility for the event! We'll be kicking things off around 9:00 AM on April 14th, 2018. If you've never participated or if you are a seasoned veteran, we hope you'll consider joining us! All are welcome!

Workout #16 of 365 (2017)

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

#1:  Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes,

10 Kettlebell Swings

Rest 2 minutes, then do #2.

#2:  Complete as many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of

100-yard Sprint

5 Pushups

5 Kettlebell Goblet Cleans

5 Goblet Squats

5/5 Mountain Hoppers

Record your weight used and number of rounds completed in #2.
