MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None/Mini-Band

5 Rounds:

30 seconds Star Jumps, 15 seconds REST

30 seconds Dead Bugs, 15 seconds REST

30 seconds Seal Jacks (with mini band), 15 seconds REST

30 seconds Plank with Shoulder Taps, 15 seconds REST

30 seconds Broad Jumps, 30 seconds REST
