Workout #14 of 365 (2018)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s)

Complete 6 Rounds of the following

1/1 Turkish Getups

8/8 One Arm Kettlebell Swings  (heavy)

***Rest 2 minutes between rounds***

Record the weight used for your getups and swings. Record the total amount of time for the workout.
