Workout #12 of 365 (2018)

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Dumbbells.

Complete 5 Rounds as quickly as possible (14 minute CAP)

12 reps of each exercise every round

Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Dumbbell Bent Over Row

Dumbbell Floor Press w/ Glute Bridge

Dumbbell Reverse Lunge (Rounds 1&3 – Right, Rounds 2&4 – Left)

10–yard Shuttle Run  (out 10-yards and back equals 1 rep)

FRIDAY FLAB AWAY

4 Rounds of the following

10 Pushup-to-Plank

10 Suitcase Crunches
