THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Morningsand 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes

Sprint 50 yards forward and 50 yards backwards.

When the 8th minute begins, complete 4 rounds of the following as quickly as possible with GOOD FORM

10/10 Split Squats

10/10 Plank with Shoulder Taps

10/10 Speed Skaters

10/10 Sit Throughs

Record your time.
