WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell (press weight)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

4 Kettlebell Complexes (2 / arm)

Sprint 200 Yards

Notes:

1. Do 2 complexes with your strong arm without putting the kettlebell on the floor then complete 2 complexes on the stronger arm.

2. A Kettlebell Complex consists of

5 One Arm Kettlebell Swings

3 Press

1 Squat

Record your rounds and weight used.
