Workout #9 of 365 (2018)

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

10 Kettlebell Swings

5 Pushups

10 Kettlebell Swings

5 Goblet Squats

10 Kettlebell Swings

5/5 Reverse Lunge Steps

10 Kettlebell Swings

50/100/150 Jump Rope Skips (depending on your ability)

Record your weight and rounds used.
