Workout #8 of 365 (2018)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

Run 350 meters (one lap at Barrett Park)

20 Box Step-Ups

20 Side Plank with Hip Dip (10/side)

20 Reverse Lunge Steps (10/leg)

20 Sit Throughs

Record your rounds completed.
