Workout #7 of 365 (2018)

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s)

Complete 9 Rounds of the following

Odd Rounds (1, 3, 5, 7, 9):

1/1 Turkish Getups

10/10 Kettlebell Swings

Even Rounds (2, 4, 6, 8):

5 Goblet Squats

3 Press(per arm)

Record the weight used for all movements. It can be the same weight or you may vary the weight depending on your ability.
