FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

#1:  5 minutes: Every 30 seconds, perform

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings

Rest 2 minutes, then…

#2: Complete 5 Rounds

5/5 One Arm Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift

5/5 One Arm Kettlebell Press

5/5 Half Turkish Get-ups

5/5 Kettlebell Snatch
