Workout #3 of 365 (2018)

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

As quickly as possible (16 minute CAP),

Run 700 meters or 0.4 miles (2 Laps at Barrett Park)

Then,

Complete 18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of

Squat Thrusts

Jumping Squats

Box Step-Ups

Mountain Climbers    (each leg is ½ rep)

Then,

Run 700 meters or 0.4 miles (2 Laps at Barrett Park)

Record your time or how much of the workout you were able to complete.
