Workout #2 of 365 (2017)

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope, Dumbbells

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes

60 Jump Rope Skips

4 Dumbbell Front Squat

6 Dumbbell Shoulder Press

8 Pushups(on DBs)

10 Dumbbell Split Squats  (per leg)

12 Scissors  (per leg)

Sprint 200 yards

Record your rounds completed and weight used.
