White Bean Dip

Description

Tasty little party dip that can be served with carrot chips, sliced cucumbers, or over some sliced tomatoes and pancetta.

 

Ingredients

1⁄3 c
Olive Oil
15 oz
Cannellini Beans
2 T
Fresh Lemon Juice
1 clv
Garlic (Diced very finely)
1 t
Dried Oregano
1 ds
Sea Salt
1 ds
Black Pepper
1⁄4 c
Fresh Parsley Leaves

Instructions

Combine beans and 6 tablespoons of oil in a food processor. Add all other ingredients to taste. Mix in food processor until it is a puree. Chill in the fridge until serving time.
