Spaghetti Squash - The delicous substitute for pasta when trying to avoid eating processed carbohydrates!


4 lb
Spaghetti Squash (Usually two large squash will do)
1 pn
Sea Salt
1 pn
Black Pepper


Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit. Place each squash in microwave for 4-6 minutes to soften and make easier to cut.  Allow to cool and cut the squash in half in the longitudinal direction.  Gently scoop out the seeds from each half of the squash. Place the cleaned squahs halves on a large baking sheet and place in the oven for 35-45 minutes. Remove the squash halves from the oven. Using a fork, scrape the inside of the squash to form spaghetti-lke strands. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce or try serving it with Noni Jo's Pizza Chicken.
