Ingredients

3⁄4 pk
Unsweetened, pitted dates
1⁄2 c
Raw Almonds
1⁄2 c
Raw Walnuts
1⁄2 c
Raw Cashews or Pecans
1⁄4 c
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1⁄2 c
Raw Almond Butter (No salt, no sugar)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor. Rub some coconut oil on your hands and scoop out mixture, forming it into little bars. Refrigerate until you are ready to eat.

Optional: Add in some protein powder or if they aren't sweet enough for you, try a sugar substitute.

Notes

These are perfect after a workout or on the go. You can even eat them as your "fuel" during a race!
