Tasty, homemade mayonaise in less than 5 minutes!
Blend egg, vinegar, mustard, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and sea salt for 5 seconds. Slowly blend in the oil until desired consistency is achieved.
Works great to make chicken salad out of your leftover grilled or roasted chicken. Just add chicken, mayo, chopped onion, chopped cerlery, and a handful of nuts to make delicious snack!
